What is Paul Ring’s role at Pro Music Rights, according to Google AI.

Paul Ring, Bungalo Records founder and CEO, and CMO of the newly formed digital music distribution service AI Music Distribution (OTC:ASKE), also has a part time role as a director of Pro Music Rights, the third largest PRO in the US. We asked that trusty fount of knowledge, Google AI, exactly what his role there involves. Here is the reply:

Paul Ring and Jake Noch are key figures at Pro Music Rights (also known as Music Licensing, Inc.), a major performing rights organization (PRO) for songwriters, composers, and publishers, with Jake Noch serving as CEO and Paul Ring often involved in leadership, as they both appeared in company filings and press releases related to its growth and operations, aiming to collect royalties for artists like A$AP Rocky, Fall Out Boy, and Elton John’s works.

Their Roles:

  • Jake Noch: CEO of Pro Music Rights (Music Licensing, Inc.).
  • Paul Ring: A Director and key executive, formerly President of Pro Music Rights, and recruited by Noch.

Their Connection:

  • They work together within Pro Music Rights, a company that licenses music for public performance and collects royalties for artists and publishers, similar to ASCAP or BMI, representing millions of musical works.

Company Details:

  • Pro Music Rights represents a diverse catalog, including major artists and even AI-created music.
  • They have significant partnerships with companies like TikTok, iHeart Media, and Vevo.

Paul Ring teams up with Pro Music Rights founder to launch new digital music distribution service.

Paul Ring, founder of Bungalo Records and former president of Pro Music Rights, has joined forces with the multi-millionaire music industry executive Jake Noch to launch an exciting new digital music distribution service, AI Music Distribution. Surprisingly, there has been little-or-no mention of Paul Ring’s new digital music distribution service in the music press. The only announcement we have found is a press release on the OTCmarkets.com website. This is because you can already buy shares in this new company which are sold under the OTC ticker ASKE. The ASKE company profile on OTCmarkets.com shows Paul Ring as the CMO whilst Mr. Noch takes the reins as CEO and some guy in Brazil named Rodrigo Di Federico acts as CTO, a position he also holds at Pro Music Rights.

It is hoped the 2 million songs in the Pro Music Rights catalog which have so far not been available on any known streaming platform since its launch in 2018, will finally be accessible on Paul Ring and Jake Noch’s new service.

Ring’s Bungalo Records have an exclusive distibution deal with Universal Music Group Distribution which may prove awkward if Ring wishes to move his artists to this new venture. It may have been this same distribution deal which prevented Ring from adding any of the Bungalo repetoire to the Pro Music Rights catalog, despite him being a director and former president of what is the third largest PRO in the US.

Paul Ring, President of Pro Music Rights.

It has been almost one year since the launch of Pro Music Rights which became the third biggest PRO in the USA in just a few weeks, with an impressive pie chart on the Digital Music News website to prove it. Pro Music Right’s introductory press release included the information that GRAMMY-winning engineer and producer Paul Ring was the company President. This bore remarkable similarities to a press release from Heritage Music Group from a month earlier about hiring Paul Ring as their President of Business Operations.

Despite being the third biggest PRO in the USA, Pro Music Rights do not appear to have done much in their first year apart from writing a few press releases and paying for their logo to appear for a few seconds on the Big Sign Message screen on the Reuters Building in Times Square. They haven’t even got a proper website yet as the current one gives no information as to what the organization actually does. In contrast, Heritage Music Group have a beautifully designed site and are clearly keeping Paul Ring busy until his presidential duties at Pro Music Rights are finally required.
