Paul Ring, founder of Bungalo Records and former president of Pro Music Rights, has joined forces with the multi-millionaire music industry executive Jake Noch to launch an exciting new digital music distribution service, AI Music Distribution. Surprisingly, there has been little-or-no mention of Paul Ring’s new digital music distribution service in the music press. The only announcement we have found is a press release on the OTCmarkets.com website. This is because you can already buy shares in this new company which are sold under the OTC ticker ASKE. The ASKE company profile on OTCmarkets.com shows Paul Ring as the CMO whilst Mr. Noch takes the reins as CEO and some guy in Brazil named Rodrigo Di Federico acts as CTO, a position he also holds at Pro Music Rights.

It is hoped the 2 million songs in the Pro Music Rights catalog which have so far not been available on any known streaming platform since its launch in 2018, will finally be accessible on Paul Ring and Jake Noch’s new service.

Ring’s Bungalo Records have an exclusive distibution deal with Universal Music Group Distribution which may prove awkward if Ring wishes to move his artists to this new venture. It may have been this same distribution deal which prevented Ring from adding any of the Bungalo repetoire to the Pro Music Rights catalog, despite him being a director and former president of what is the third largest PRO in the US.
